Lynsie Murley : Woman whose breasts exposed settles with TSA
Lynsie Murley has received "some justice" for allegedly having her breasts exposed throughout a frisking at a Texas airport, in keeping with her lawyer.
Murley, 24, sued the Transportation Security Administration for negligence and intentional infliction of emotional distress, owing to the could 2008 incident.
It has these days been revealed she'll receive a "nominal" payment from the govt, as a part of a legal settlement, The Smoking Gun reports.
Her criticism noted Murley was “singled out for extended search procedures,” at the Corpus Christi airport, Texas.
It's alleged a TSA agent frisked her and “pulled Plaintiff’s shirt fully down, exposing Plaintiff’s breasts to everybody within the space.”
Her criticism went on to feature that, “as would be expected,” Murley was “extremely embarrassed and humiliated.”
Murley's lawyer, Jerry McLaughlin, did not disclose the quantity his consumer is receiving.
He says "it wasn’t an entire heap of cash,” which his consumer, “was never fascinated by the money.” He says Murley wouldn't have filed a lawsuit if TSA officers had merely sent her a letter of apology.
